Ashley Christiansen was born in Sacramento, California and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She attended Albuquerque Public Schools and graduated from Sandia High School. She received her B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of New Mexico. Ashley is also endorsed in TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language). This is her 33rd year of teaching, but her sixth in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe. She is excited to be a part of the ACS team. Ashley has taught Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th grades in her career as an educator.
Ashley Christiansen enjoys many hobbies including gardening, knitting, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.
She has two children with the oldest having attended Annunciation from 3rd to 8th. Ashley spends as much time as possible with her granddaughter, who lives in Rio Rancho.
