Mrs. Shropshire has BA in Journalism from Loyola University, New Orleans and a Master’s Degree in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) from the College of Santa Fe. She holds a level 2 license for the State of New Mexico. She has taught for 28 years, 19 years teaching at ACS, 8 of those years as Interventionist.
Mrs. Shropshire’s favorite memory was receiving the Eucharist for the first time with one of her classes after becoming a Catholic. Her favorite things to do are: studying God's word, writing and reading poetry and short stories, listening to Jazz and Gospel music, and watching old television shows and movies.
Mrs. Shropshire wants future parents and students to know that “teaching is my calling from God, and that I cannot survive without doing it in some form, because it is the breath of my soul.”
