Ms. Mynyk's teaching philosophy emerges from the transformative power that happens as a child’s knowledge grows. Her classroom is full of fun and creative projects. Diversity in the classroom is evident as everyone brings different perspectives to the learning environment. The class thrives on collaboration between students so that everyone has ownership in the classroom. She believes teaching must be done with compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, engagement, and encouragement for students to have the most meaningful classroom experience and be successful in life and academically.
In her free time, she loves spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs. She loves to go camping and be out in nature. She is constantly reading to expand her knowledge of the world around her.
